- Please do not eat before your assessment as this may interfere with your results.
- Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water and avoid caffeine three hours before your appointment.
- Continue any medications you usually take.
- Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment so that we can check and ensure that we have all your details.
- Payment: If you’re paying for the assessment yourself, then we accept payments on the same day only. Payments in cash and credit cards are accepted.
- What to wear: Please dress in or bring along comfortable clothing you can easily stretch and move in as we may require you to perform a few gentle movements.
- Please note: You will also be asked to do a urine test.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least five working days in advance.
- If you cancel in less than 24 hours before your health assessment, or you fail to show up, we’ll have to charge you the full cost of the assessment.

- Encourage your loved ones to join our program, or make it the next (and possibly the best) gift you give them
- Risk assessment private session
- Tests: dexa scan + blood tests (if needed) at a reduced price
- Lectures: the first on the effect of diet and medications on your bone health and balance, and the second on fall-proofing your home
- Exercise sessions: three group sessions and/or private sessions (as needed) focussing on muscle strengthening & balance
