Abdali Hospital Telehealth is easy to use, you just need to follow these steps:

• Appointment  - Call 06510999 to book your appointment
• Appointment confirmation  - You will receive an email with your booking confirmation, terms and conditions and a link that will take you directly to your consultation at the time of your appointment
• Payment  - You will receive an SMS text message with a direct link to the payment facility that you have chosen, through your preferred payment method i.e. eFAWATEERcom/your online banking “pay your bill” functionality, or safely using your debit or credit card through MEPs (a safe online payment portals authorized in Jordan). You can also pay using your credit or debit card over the phone at the time of your appointment.
• Consultation  - At your appointment time:
  • If you choose a video consultation, You can click the link sent in your confirmation email, to start your teleconsultation, “Join Meeting”
  • If you choose a telephone consultation, Your doctor will call you
• After your consultation  - If your doctor has advised so, you will receive an electronic prescription for medication, a medical report, and any further directions for follow-up, only if needed
