The emergency department (ER) is a full comprehensive unit staffed with specialized and competent personnel in dealing with different levels of emergency and urgent care. The ER Department is equipped with private examination rooms for general treatment, resuscitation unit and minor operation procedural unit. It is located on the ground floor, with its own separate entrance to facilitate immediate access. It is adjacent to the imaging department for easier patient flow.

The Emergency service provides acute management of emergency conditions, supported by a team of subspecialties and services for example ICU, Operating Theaters and 24/7 diagnostic services.

The Emergency Unit is fully staffed and equipped to manage the following conditions:

  • Chest Pain
  • Any forms of severe pain
  • Stroke
  • Epileptic Fits
  • Unconscious Patient
  • Fractures
  • Acute Bleeding
  • Any Motor vehicle accident or other forms of Trauma and Accidents
  • Diabetic Coma
