- To have your personal dignity respected.
- To be protected from abuse or harassment.

- To receive visitors, unless the health care provider states that it would compromise your treatment.

Patients Responsibility
- Provision of Pertinent Information
- To give full and accurate information about health history, medications and status to healthcare team.
- To report changes in condition and symptoms including pain.
- To ask questions and follow instructions
- To ask questions or acknowledge when you don’t understand the treatment plan.
- To speak up to any member of the healthcare team when you have any concerns about your care.
- To accept actions if care is refused or if the providers’ instructions are not followed.
