Paul brings 30+ years of achievement in leveraging technology to underpin the realisation of organisational strategic and business goals, improving performance and efficiency and innovation. Paul has unique skills and experience in new hospital commissioning and transitioning of IT services to operational status, having commissioned IT services for Sidra Medical and Research Center, Doha Qatar, as Deputy CIO for 8 years.
Paul started his commercial IT career with Siemens and Cerner and became a pivotal member of their UK and international IT practice before moving to management consultancy when he co-founded and ran a successful and highly regarded IT consulting business delivering high profile national and local strategic and digital transformation projects for the UK National Health Service (NHS).
Paul holds a BSC in Medical Laboratory Sciences, from the University of Nottingham and is a Certified Healthcare Chief Information Officer (CHCIO) CHIME – Chicago
