Abdali Hospital is a 200-bed multi-specialty hospital with the mission to provide best practice patient-centred care and promote research and education. Abdali Hospital is founded by the investment group behind the Clemenceau Medical Center in Beirut, affiliated with Johns Hopkins Medicine International. Abdali Hospital benefits from the knowledge and expertise of the Middle East’s finest medical professionals.

INTEGRATED CLINICAL GOVERNANCE, QUALITY PATIENT SAFETY AND OPERATIONAL FRAMEWORK
Abdali Hospital’s clinical excellence is supported through a clear, integrated and robust arrangement of governance committees to lead its clinical governance, quality, and patient safety as well as operations. This framework ensures:
- Sound Clinical Governance, Quality, and Patient Safety frameworks, structures and processes with clear lines of responsibility and accountability between functions and departments.
- A flexible mechanism to gather clinical data and information in order to inform and improve clinical risk management and clinical outcomes.
- An organizational culture of safety and quality improvement, whereby existing practices can be professionally challenged through peer review, and lessons can be learned to facilitate effective quality improvement.
The Integrated clinical governance, quality patient safety, and operational frameworks include the following main governing committees:
