Abdali Hospital strives to make sure you and your loved ones stay in good health. We provide (annual) health assessments that enable you to review the status of your health, discuss any areas of concern, receive preventative treatments if needed, and obtain advice on healthy habits.
A health assessment is a set of tests and examinations that provide you with an overview of your current health. You can choose to have a health assessment if you have any specific health concerns, or if you’d like support to improve your health.
We use our health expertise to get an assessment of where your health is, identify potential future health risks and help you in improving your lifestyle to become healthier today and in the future.
These health checks will be carried out by specialized doctors and nurses. You will have the opportunity to discuss your results with your doctor and will receive a personalized health report and practical lifestyle advice.
Abdali Hospital health assessments are tailored to the needs of each patient, i.e. the specific test, diagnosis procedures or consultations are recommended depending on specific risk factors, such as family history of diseases, weight, smoking habits, and age. Your health assessment will be performed by our specialist team and consists of:
- All health assessments start with a consultation with our Family Medicine Department who will go through a thorough review of your family history and general health conditions, and conduct a physical examination
- Lab tests and possibly some images and other tests, such as hearing, ophthalmology and heat may be conducted
- Once your health assessment is concluded, you will receive a comprehensive report of your results, together with any recommendations and advice
- Your doctor will discuss your results and agree on a care plan, as needed
The health assessment duration will vary, depending on your risk factors. You will have the choice to book a room for your comfort.
We offer a range of health assessments appropriate to your risk factors, that includes age, gender and some basic family history. Please see our health assessment options for you. Our advisers will be delighted to provide you with the best advice on the most appropriate health assessment you should take. Please book your health assessment using our booking form or call us on: +96265109999
All our international patients will be received by our dedicated team who will look after all needs from the point of arrival leading up to discharge. We know health assessments can be worrying to some and our experienced team will accompany and supervise you along the way and during each step of the process in order to ensure a pleasant experience.
We have added some guidance to help you prepare and understand what to expect during the health assessment.
