Duties & responsibilities:
- Oversee the accounting processes and the daily transactions.
- Review the accounting journal entries.
- Maintaining proper recording of the accrued expenses, prepayments, and expenses.
- Maintain proper breakdown of balance sheet accounts.
- Contribute in the monthly closing, year-end closing and audit tasks.
- Work closely with the Procurement team, financial planning & analysis team, and other related teams to ensure accurate reflection of the financial transactions.
- Provide Ad-hoc reports upon request.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- 7 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Strong knowledge in IFRS and Advanced Excel skills.
- Familiar with ERP.
- Excellent communication skills, data gathering skills, problem solving, accuracy, and attention to details.
- Organized, respect deadlines, willing to learn and self-motivated
