Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our cleaning staff and ensure our facilities are clean, presentable, and welcoming to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, strong communication & leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a team of housekeepers.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Oversee operational and administrative needs of cleaning sites.

• Ensure staff compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

• Conduct regular site visits and submit reports.

• Train and guide staff.

• Maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Qualifications:
 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in 5-star hotels.

• High school.

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and machines.

• Strong report writing and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage staff effectively.

• Excellent attention to detail and punctuality.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Computer skills and proficiency in relevant software programs.
