Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our cleaning staff and ensure our facilities are clean, presentable, and welcoming to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, strong communication & leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a team of housekeepers.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee operational and administrative needs of cleaning sites.

Ensure staff compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Conduct regular site visits and submit reports.

Train and guide staff.

Maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in 5-star hotels.

High school.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and machines.

Strong report writing and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage staff effectively.

Excellent attention to detail and punctuality.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Computer skills and proficiency in relevant software programs.
